Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising

We work with Meta Platforms, Inc. to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our website. We use two Meta tools. The Meta Pixel is a small piece of code on our website. It tells Meta which of our pages you view and whether you sent us an enquiry, and it sets Meta cookies (_fbp, and _fbc if you arrived from a Meta ad). The Meta Conversions API sends a notice of your enquiry from our server to Meta, so it is counted even if your browser blocks the Pixel.

When you send an enquiry, we share with Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address and phone number you entered, your IP address and browser details, and the Meta cookie values. Meta uses them only to match the enquiry to an ad you saw or clicked. We never send your name, your event details or your message. We use Meta’s Limited Data Use setting.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some state laws, including those of New Jersey and Connecticut, sharing this information with an advertising partner may count as a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising.

Your choices. To opt out, click the “Manage Consent” button on this page and turn off marketing. This stops both the Meta Pixel and the server notice for this browser. We also treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as an opt-out. You can change how Meta uses your information in Meta’s ad preferences, and read Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity (session recordings and heatmaps)

We use Microsoft Clarity, a service of Microsoft Corporation, to understand how visitors use our website so we can make it easier to use. Clarity records how you scroll, move and click on our pages and turns this into session recordings and heatmaps. It sets Clarity cookies (_clck and _clsk). What you type and the text on our pages are hidden (masked) in your browser before anything is sent, so we never see what you enter in our contact form, and we do not record our thank-you page. Microsoft processes this information as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and may also use it to improve its own products and services.

Your choices. Clarity loads only if you have not opted out. To opt out, click the “Manage Consent” button on this page and turn off marketing; Clarity then stops for this browser. We also treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as an opt-out, and Clarity does not load for them.
